This trail-blazing and spirited tribute to the life of an American icon debuted in Folsom as a benefit concert for the City of Folsom's Johnny Cash Art Trail in 2016. Back by popular demand, American Legend will take you on a musical journey with songs from original country artists that influenced Cash's writings and sound, including the Carter Family. Experience the Sun Records hits of the 50s and 60s, such as "I Walk the Line" and "Get Rhythm," along with Cash's last ground-breaking songs with American Recordings. Multi-talented artists will take the stage to share the Man in Black's unique story through music and movement.
STARRING OROVILLE'S OWN KEVIN MARCY, including Nashville artist, The Boy in Black, Anthony Caserta, and Folsom's own The Wildwood Roses, the only-ever Carter Sisters tribute group, honoring country roots and gospel music. Twenty artists will take the Oroville stage!
